Margie's 66th birthday!

Yesterday we celebrated Margie's 66th birthday with family and friends. Her new scarf is so pretty on her. Love you, Margie!

Sad Ginger

Ginger broke her toe this morning. She's the first one in the family to ever break a bone.

The last day of spring break we got to stay at the fancy-dancy Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa. Brad was working at a conference there and his client included a room for him. We lived it up swimming and watching movies. Carly and I are definitely hotel girls - we love to stay at nice hotels. This one did not disappoint. Thanks, Dad! Thanks, Chris! Thanks, Lord!

Elaphanty

For the 2nd year in a row and in honor of Elaphanty's birthday today we had dessert for dinner. This time it was pie! A chocolate pie with fresh strawberry whipped cream.



It was a dream come true until the first bite...




April fools! It's just a cleverly disguised Shepherd's pie!
